All apartments include access to our expansive list of community amenities, Spectrum Internet and Cable. All homes also include all appliances, even washer and dryer. Furniture is not provided.

Water and electric utilities are not included in the rent and are provided by Warren Rural Electric Cooperative (WRECC) and Commercial Water and Energy. Cable and Internet service as well as trash are included in the rent.
Water and electric costs will vary depending on usage and number of people living in the home. We suggest budgeting with the following estimates below: 1 bedroom apartment – $75-$100 per month, 2 bedroom apartment – $125-150 per month, 3-bedroom $150-$200 per month.
WRECC (electric provider) may be reached at 270-842-6541 or their website at WRECC.com. A signed copy of your lease agreement may be requested. Water service and Spectrum Internet service will be completed by Hub’s management team and will be available for use upon move in. For Spectrum Cable TV service, residents may call 855.895.5302 option 2 to obtain service and equipment needed.
The application fee is $150 per person. All persons age 18 or older living in the apartment will require a credit and criminal background screen.
Deposits range based on credit score, but start at $300 per apartment.
The Hub is totally pet friendly! Dogs and Cats are welcome, up to 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions may apply for breeds known for aggressiveness. (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman)
A monthly pet rent of $50 per pet will apply and a non-refundable pet fee of $300.
